1. Books (specifically, fiction, a lot of fiction).
2. Soccer (specifically, watching the Premier League, La Liga, and Bundesliga).
3. Basketball (specifically, the NBA. Don’t watch college hoops too often).
4. Running (without music, I know, I’m a psycho).
5. Lifting (love pushing myself, plus the slow progression of getting stronger is very rewarding).
6. Bike rides (I like being outside and it’s low impact).
7. Walking (helps me clear my mind, and I enjoy being outside in nature).
8. Judo (a new sport that I’m trying with my friend and it’s really fun).
9. Meditation (I like being in the present moment, or at least feeling like I am).
10. Driving (there is nothing better than a long drive, in the summer, blasting music, with the windows down).
