How Should I Reply When Someone Says God Bless You?

I’ve been trying to rack my brain to come up with scenarios in which someone might say “god bless you.”

This is what I’ve come up with:

• After a sneeze

or

• In a religious setting

In either situation, the acceptable response is “Thank you.”
