Currently, no.
I have around two weeks left in the final semester of my Master’s program. Up until this point, I haven’t thought about adding those two letters after my name. I’ve been so blinded by the workload that time to think about what happens after all of this is over has alluded me.
It doesn’t seem as if there is any harm in doing so.
To be quite frank, I’m not entirely sure how much real value the degree adds to your name. In most circumstances, a license or certificate seems to hold much more weight compared to a degree. Licenses and certificates represent an achievement of knowledge over a certain set of skills. A degree just means that you were able to pass a couple of classes.
Even with all that being said, I will be adding the MS after my name.
