This tab is mainly going to be about what the title indicates. Here is where I will post about milestones, goals, and thoughts regarding fitness.
Posting on this particular tab will be less frequent, at least for now. At the moment I have no intention of making this a priority. However, in the future when I have more time I have a feeling that I will become more active in this space.
You can expect topics such as running, lifting, biking, golf, soccer, and basketball to be discussed. I have a couple of posts backlogged for this tab so those should be published relatively soon.
There isn’t much else that I can say regarding this tab right now. If I think of anything I will let you know in an update. I hope that you enjoy the posts that are coming soon!
P.S. I’m hoping this turns into something exponentially greater than this small starting point. The vision of the future looks like something along the lines of posting regarding professional sports games. That likely won’t be in this tab but there could be new tabs added in the future. I just figure that if I love watching the NBA and the Premier League (pretty much any soccer in general) why don’t I write about it?
