What Do You Value Most in Your Life and Why?

Exercise.

Whether it’s running, lifting, judo, or soccer, I need it.

It’s a matter of life and death (not really).

If I don’t get a workout in daily then I’m miserable.

Anxious, agitated, angry, and flustered.

Name any negative emotion and that would be me if I don’t exert myself in some fashion.

This is why I value it so highly.

If I do get a chance to workout, then life is awesome.

Everything seems to open up.

I feel so grateful to be alive.

I probably should’ve said family or something like that right?
